- AAS or higher in a computer-related field. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be a self-starter and willing to learn on the fly.
- May substitute equivalent experience and or certifications for degree. Must be proficient with current hardware and software technology. Professional experience preferred. Knowledge of SmartDeploy a plus. Knowledge of MacOS and printers a plus.
- Any of the following certifications preferred: A+, Network+, CCNA, Security+, Microsoft Server certifications.
