This position provides direct support to the Site Director at Florida Tech’s Patrick Space Force Base (PSFB) location, overseeing daily administrative operations and coordinating a variety of student support services, including academic advising, course scheduling, and registration. The role ensures students receive the necessary resources for academic success and personal development. Responsibilities include managing inquiries and applications, providing guidance through the admissions and financial aid processes, and offering tailored academic advising to military-affiliated students. The position will refine recruitment strategies, promote university programs, and develop marketing plans to raise awareness and attract prospective students. This role serves as the liaison between students and campus departments, ensuring effective communication and support.
Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate with the Florida Tech main campus Office of Admission to Develop and implement a strategic enrollment plan (SEP) for all university programs offered on, and through, PSFB that includes Developing Enrollment Goals; Marketing; Inquiry and Application Development; Admission Decisions; Financial Aid; and Registration and Enrollment.
- Provide direct support to the PSFB Site Director in overseeing all site administrative operations of the designated Florida Tech PSFB office(s).
- Serve as the liaison between students and various campus departments, ensuring clear communication and collaboration to address student needs, facilitate access to resources, and promote overall academic and personal success. Provide guidance and support in navigating campus services, resolve any issues or concerns, and ensure that students are connected with the appropriate offices for assistance.
- Provide direct enrollment support to active-duty military personnel, their dependents, retirees, and other affiliated students at PSFB. Assist prospective students in enrollment standards and application submission. Ensure students are informed of relevant academic policies, deadlines, and opportunities, while also offering tailored advice to address the unique needs of military-affiliated individuals.Assist students in completing all required forms for financial aid and military tuition assistance.
- Conduct outreach activities to recruit and enroll prospective students. This can include organizing and conducting university information sessions both on and off-campus, assisting in the development of marketing materials, developing electronic communication campaigns, conducting individual interview sessions, and serving as a university representative at various community and external events, ad hoc committees, task forces and other collaborative efforts.
- Assist the site director in coordinating the design and development of educational programs within assigned instructional units, aligning them with college policies, procedures, and strategic goals. Actively participate in the planning, development, and implementation of institutional goals, objectives, and programs at the PSFB location, maintaining alignment with the college's mission and standards.
- Provide technical information regarding college policies, Federal and State laws, and relevant regulations, guiding students in their understanding and adherence to required standards and legal obligations. Ensure compliance with Base regulations, military guidelines, and Department of Defense (DoD) policies and requirements.
- Participate in conferences and professional development events to enhance knowledge, skills, and expertise, staying current with industry trends and best practices for continuous professional growth.
Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent knowledge obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience)
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience

Annual Security & Fire Safety Report
The federal Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act) requires colleges and universities, both public and private, participating in federal student aid programs to disclose campus safety information and impose certain basic requirements for handling incidents of sexual violence and emergency situations.
Florida Tech’s 2024 Annual Security and Fire Safety Report includes statistics for the previous three years concerning reported crimes that occurred on campus, in certain off-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by Florida Tech, and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from, the campus.
The numbers provided include crime statistics reported to local law enforcement agencies, campus security and other Campus Security Authorities.
The report also includes institutional policy statements regarding campus safety and security measures, descriptions of prevention and awareness programs, related university procedures and important guidance, and other essential safety information.

Official transcripts of all collegiate work must be sent directly from the attended institution to the Office of Human Resources prior to the first day of employment.
