Terms of Service for Milaj.Co

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

By accessing or using Milaj.Co ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by the most current version of these Terms of Service ("Terms") at all times.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

1. Account Registration

You may need to register an account to access certain features of the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current, and you agree to keep your information updated.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.

2. Job Listings

If you post job listings on the Platform as an employer, you agree:

• All information you post will be truthful, complete, and compliant with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• You will not post misleading, discriminatory, fraudulent, or illegal job advertisements.

Milaj.Co is not responsible for the content of any job listing posted by Users and does not guarantee the quality, legality, or accuracy of any listings.

3. Job Seeker Information and Consent

By creating a profile on the Platform, job seekers expressly consent to:

• Having their submitted information (including resumes, cover letters, and profile details) viewable by registered employers who subscribe to Milaj.Co’s services.
• Being contacted directly by employers through the contact information provided on their profiles.

Milaj.Co does not guarantee job seekers any job offers, interviews, or employment outcomes.

We strongly encourage all Users to conduct independent verification of any opportunities.

4. Employer Access and Responsibilities

Employers who subscribe to the Platform agree to:

• Use job seeker information solely for legitimate hiring purposes.
• Not sell, share, or distribute job seeker information outside of legitimate hiring activities without express permission.
• Comply with all applicable privacy, data protection, and employment laws.

Milaj.Co does not screen or verify the identity or intentions of any employer or job seeker. Users interact with each other at their own risk.

5. User Content

Users may submit content ("User Content"), including but not limited to resumes, cover letters, job listings, and communications.

You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content to the Platform, you grant Milaj.Co a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform the User Content for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the Platform.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit your User Content.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Post or share false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or networks.
• Use automated methods such as bots, spiders, or scrapers without our written permission.
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

Milaj.Co reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts and take legal action where appropriate.

7. Privacy

We care about your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Platform Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform.

9. Disclaimers

• Milaj.Co is a neutral platform that connects employers and job seekers. We do not endorse, guarantee, screen, or verify any User, job listing, or hiring decision.
• Your interactions with other Users are solely between you and those parties.
• Milaj.Co is not responsible for any disputes, damages, or losses resulting from User interactions.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Milaj.Co, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, and costs (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Platform,
• Your User Content,
• Your violation of these Terms or any rights of another party.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MILAJ.CO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS of GOODWILL, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER DAMAGE, OR SYSTEM FAILURE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

13. Changes to Terms

Milaj.Co may update, modify, or revise these Terms at any time, in its sole discretion, without prior notice.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.

By continuing to access or use the Platform after any updates become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms, whether or not you have reviewed them.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform.
