Flat fee: $1,250–$2,000 per role

- Intake and alignment consultation
- End-to-end sourcing and outreach

- Pre-screen interviews

- Offer stage support and negotiation guidance
- Reference checks (1–2 per finalist)
- 30-day post-hire check-in with replacement option
