Reports To: Executive Director of Marketing and Communications

Our Values:

• Accountability: We deliver on our commitments.
• Agility: We innovate, iterate, and transform.
• Connectivity: We connect with partners to strengthen communities and ensure student success for all.
About the Role:
At the direction of the Executive Director of Marketing and Communications for Ivy Tech Community College’s Indianapolis campus, the Marketing and Communications Analyst supports marketing and communications functions as they relate to the overall list of projects and client requests, regarding the analyzation of and managing “traffic” and production, as well as graphic design.
It often takes a variety of team members and/or departments to complete a creative or marketing request, and we need a time-management pro who will help our team and other departments organize projects and deliverables for internal and external clients. This role is the go-between person for the team and project stakeholders who will be fielding, analyzing, and assigning requests, managing deadlines, and delivering final products.
To make sure all initiatives are finished on time and with high quality, this role requires standout soft skills, such as communication and organizational expertise. It also requires the ability to keep calm under pressure. Juggling a variety of projects can be stressful, and a successful traffic manager can’t afford to get flustered with looming deadlines. Being able to adapt to new demands and unexpected delays is key.

This individual excels in project management, stakeholder communication, and agile task execution, functioning as the operational backbone for the team.
