Position Summary:
As assigned by course instructor; answer student emails, aid the instructor in preparing assignments and quizzes, solutions for assignments and correct these assignments for 20 students. Respond to student queries related to these assignments.
Qualifications:
Graduate student at McGill. More than one year of single-cell data analysis experience. Have developed more than 1 bioinformatics tool for single-cell data analysis. Must have experience in developing machine learning (particularly neural network) methods for single-cell, and have experience in configuring and installing all single-cell genomics tools. Proficient in python/R programming.
