Requirements and Nature of Work:
1. Etre parfaitement bilingue anglais-français
2. Avoir réussi le cours de contrats en droit civil; le fait de l'avoir réussi aussi en common law est un plus
3. Démontrer une expérience d'assistant.e de recherche au-dessus de la moyenne dans ce domaine sera considéré comme un atout également. Cette expérience peut être démontrée notamment par des publications qui peuvent en attester.
3. Une ou plusieurs expériences de rédaction en droit civil ou à tout le moins en droit, réussies et/ou de très bonne qualité, autres que dans le cadre d'évaluations de cours, seront privilégiées
4. Disponibilité pour des rencontres régulières avec le professeur pour discuter de l'avancement du travail
Mise à jour conjointe d'une partie de l'ouvrage ”Quebec Contract Law” chez Wilson et Lafleur, et Kluwer (International Encyclopaedia of Laws)
