Position SummaryUnder the direction and supervision of the Executive Senior Associate Athletics Director, the Senior Associate Athletics Director for NIL Operations will assist in leading the architecture of the institution's in-house Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) program, facets of NIL execution, revenue share modeling, and athlete brand enablement. This individual will work cross-functionally with coaches, student-athletes, legal, compliance, collectives, agents, and external partners to ensure that the university is at the forefront of NIL innovation. This role is responsible for developing institutional infrastructure to manage NIL deals, support contract negotiations, and expand third-party branding opportunities—while ensuring compliance, transparency, and athlete empowerment.

Qualifications Minimum of 5 to 7 years in College Athletics (Required)
Compliance, contract management, legal affairs, name, image & likeness (Preferred)
Ability to exercise sound judgment and to handle sensitive and confidential information/material with discretion. (Required)
Ability to interact diplomatically with individuals of various social, economic, cultural, and educational backgrounds. (Required)
Superior public relations skills, including outstanding interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships and correspondence with staff, faculty, media, recruits, visiting coaches, donors, parents and Conference and NCAA officials. (Required)
Ability to effectively collaborate with multiple constituents – understanding how to bring interconnected pieces together and optimize workflows, commonly working across multiple support units at various levels within the department (Required)
Ability to plan and prioritize assignments and work independently to complete assignments despite various deadlines, competing requirements and changing priorities. (Required)
Ability to perform under stress and maintain composure in the face of resistance, indifference or hostility. (Required)
Ability to organize and maintain a calendar system. (Required)
Working knowledge of contracts and demonstrated budgetary skills. Working knowledge of University purchasing and accounting policies and procedures.

Demonstrate word processing and computer skills to complete assignments with speed and accuracy. (Required)
Ability to operate a computer with working knowledge of various computer software systems including: Microsoft Office, JumpForward, Teamworks, Hudl, XOs, Prep Tracker, Page Maker, VISIO and database entry. (Required)
Knowledge of University policies and procedures. Knowledge of Conference and NCAA rules and regulations.
