🧭 How You’ll Make an Impact
Deliver transformational learning experiences that spark growth—from first-time managers to senior executives (Directors, VPs, and SVPs).
Co-lead senior leadership development programs—quarterly sessions tailored to high-level leaders, designed to deepen emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and influence.
Coach leaders through 360° feedback and development planning, helping them shift mindsets and strengthen performance.
Facilitate existing leadership content while recommending enhancements or new content as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including People Business Partners, Culture Strategy, and Career Strategy—to ensure alignment and excellence in delivery.
Serve as a trusted partner who shows up with calm, credibility, and support.

✅ What You’ll Bring
Required:
7+ years in learning & development, including facilitating in-person and virtual leadership experiences
Coaching experience with leaders at the manager, director, or VP level
Strong grasp of adult learning theory, instructional design, and program evaluation
Familiarity with change management practices (e.g., ADKAR)
Ability to collaborate, influence, and drive outcomes across matrixed teams
Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Education, Psychology, or related field
Preferred:
Master’s degree in a related field
Experience in higher education or mission-driven environments
Familiarity with eLearning tools
Experience designing learning for remote/distributed workforces

Position & Application Details
