Job DescriptionThe
Senior Financial Analyst, Endowment reports to the Accounting Manager, and is
responsible for key accounting and reporting functions within the Endowment &
Restricted Funds Department. These
functions include oversight of all investment, endowment and life income
accounting, as well as endowment system administration. This position serves as a key liaison between
the Controller’s Office and departments throughout the University to resolve
issues and answer questions regarding specific gift and endowment funds. In addition, this position works closely with
the Senior Endowment/Investment Accountant, Endowment & Restricted Funds to
provide guidance and review in accounting for the University’s endowment.
Full-Time Equivalent Hiring Range: $83,950 to $104,950; salary commensurate with relevant experience.
Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Master’s and CPA,
preferred.
- Minimum of four to five years progressively responsible
accounting experience, including experience with non-profit institutional
accounting or public accounting firms.
- Experience with endowment and investment accounting and PeopleSoft
Financials or other financial accounting systems, preferred.
