Misselwood at Endicott College is a breathtaking oceanfront estate with historic charm, offering
panoramic views and serving as the premier location for world-class events in Beverly, MA. We
are seeking a dynamic and experienced Events Operation Professional for a seasonal position.
Reporting to the Director of Events Operations, this role ensures exceptional delivery of services
for weddings, upholding Misselwood’s reputation for superior hospitality and seamless event
execution.
Key Outcomes
Implementation of Weddings (100%):
Provide unparallel service in the implementation of weddings at the estate
Provide exceptional on-site management of wedding day celebrations.
Collaborate with vendors and bar staff to flawlessly execute wedding expectations,
creating excellent guest and customer experience
Overseeing the management of beverage service.
Serve as point of contact for the Misselwood property for outside vendors, guests and
Misselwood staff.
Reliability Dependable and engaged with the work, the team, and
Misselwood/Endicott College.
Organization Efficiently manages time and resources to meet deadlines.

accuracy.

ServeSafe, Crowd Manager, and AED/CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain).
