Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Description
In this position, you will be the first face greeting all South College visitors, faculty and staff. You must be able to multi-task, answer phones for multiple campuses, and provide general office support. We are looking for a professional with high energy, positive attitude, and executive level administrative experience.
General Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, staff, and students who visit the institution.
- Answer/transfer incoming calls, fax, email, manage mail, and order supplies
- Administrative support to campus administrators, faculty, and staff
Requirements
Education
Experience
- 2-3 years administrative experience
- Proficient in M365
- Preferred - Experience working with student information system (e.g. CampusVue, Banner).
