GENERAL PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE POSITION:
This position supports the management of statewide testing initiatives, including but not limited to Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) testing for the Indiana Department of Health (IDOH). Primary responsibilities include application and document processing, along with supporting Ivy Tech’s exam delivery partnerships with other state agencies.
This is an in-office position that offers some flexibility for remote work.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensures thorough monitoring of incoming applications, application validation, record keeping, and overall application status.

All responsibilities will be conducted within the parameters of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), other applicable regulatory requirements, and professional standards.

HOURLY RATE: This position offers $18/hr.
