As a Senior Analytics Manager on our College Insights Analytics team, you’ll play a strategic role in helping academic leaders understand what’s working, what’s not, and where we can go next.
About the Team
College Insights Analytics is part of WGU’s larger Institutional Analytics & Research (IAR) division. We partner closely with academic leadership across four WGU schools to deliver meaningful insights and strategic guidance that drive student success. Our tools range from dashboards to advanced machine learning models—and our work directly supports decision-making at the highest levels of the university.
What You’ll Do
Lead complex analysis and collaborate with stakeholders across Data Engineering, Product, Finance, and EdTech.
What You’ll Bring
Deep understanding of data analysis tools and techniques, including experience with SQL, Tableau/Power BI, Python or R.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree (MBA or similar)
Experience working directly with academic leaders or in a mission-driven, data-rich environment
Work Location
This is a full-time, in-office position at WGU’s headquarters in Salt Lake City, UT. You’ll work side-by-side with a multidisciplinary team of analysts, researchers, and educators committed to data-informed innovation.
