The Regional Admissions Recruiter serves as a strategically placed enrollment professional responsible for identifying, cultivating, and enrolling prospective students into Life University’s academic programs, with a primary focus on the Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) program. Operating remotely within an assigned geographic territory, the recruiter executes targeted outreach initiatives, establishes strong relationships with key stakeholders, and actively promotes Life University's mission and academic offerings. While based outside of Metro Atlanta, this role requires periodic presence on the Marietta, GA campus for training, strategic planning, and university-hosted events.
Essential Job Functions
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet institutional enrollment goals across assigned territories, including domestic, international, and/or population-specific markets.
- Conduct ongoing territory analysis using enrollment data, market trends, and CRM insights to refine recruitment strategies and prioritize outreach efforts.
- Represent Life University at high schools, colleges, community organizations, recruitment fairs, conferences, and other events on- and off-campus, including domestic and international travel as needed.
- Engage and counsel prospective students through personalized, multi-modal communication (phone, email, text, in-person, virtual), guiding them through inquiry, application, admission, and pre-enrollment processes.
- Provide tailored coaching to students on academic fit, program options, admissions criteria, and required next steps to ensure successful progression through the enrollment funnel.
- Cultivate relationships with key influencers including high school counselors, transfer advisors, alumni, LIFEforce doctors, state representatives, vendors, and community-based organizations.
- Guide prospective students in completing application requirements, interpreting admissions policies, understanding deadlines, and tracking documentation to ensure timely processing.
- Maintain accurate student records in CRM and student information systems; update data related to inquiries, applications, event participation, and enrollment status.
- Review applicant files and render admission decisions in accordance with established university guidelines and program criteria.
- Support and participate in the planning, execution, and assessment of on-campus and virtual recruitment programs, including campus tours, open houses, and admitted student events.
- Present dynamic and engaging information sessions to prospective students and families about Life University’s mission, academic programs, student services, and campus culture.
- Partner with marketing and admissions operations to implement yield strategies aimed at increasing applicant conversion and enrollment rates.
- Track and report recruitment activity and conversion metrics; provide regular updates on territory performance and enrollment trends.
- Collaborate with leadership to evaluate recruitment effectiveness, recommend process enhancements, and ensure alignment with institutional priorities.
- Proactively recommend improvements to communication strategies, print/digital collateral, and student outreach efforts to reflect prospective student interests.
- Participate in internal training, professional conferences, and industry workshops to remain current with best practices in admissions and higher education recruitment.
- Maintain compliance with FERPA and other applicable data privacy regulations when handling student records and sensitive information.
- Serve as a flexible team member, willing to assist in cross-functional projects and provide support across various areas of enrollment management as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations
Valid U.S. Driver’s License is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in college admissions, recruitment, higher education, or related fields
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Recruit)
