Part-time Secretary position will provide support for Department of Human Services funded programs offered via NCC. Responsibilities are included below. Relevant experience preferred.

· Assist students in registration process and educating them in use of tools available to them via the NCC website

· Provide guidance to students in navigating thru NCC online catalogs

· Register students for classes via Life Learn

provide moderation for online classes on routine basis

· Prepare Classpacks for instructors for classes

· Equip instructors with necessary supplies and assist with Power Point conversions

· Communicate and assist Program Manager with supply needs (i.e., central duplicating, clinical supplies)

. Create evaluations, tests/quizzes and other documents in Office 365 Forms

. Moderate classes that are being held virtually for attendance purposes and technology issues

. Monitor and maintain accurate records in Accounting Summary Spreadsheets

. Create and maintain excel spreadsheets from data provided by student(s) feedback

· Process mass mailings for past class participants

· Process departmental supply orders via Workday

· Monitor and provide support to Program Manager on cost accounting spreadsheets and worksheets regarding departmental budgeting

· Assist with proofing and entering future class sections in Life Learn

· Phone support to all areas within the CHE department
