Misselwood Summer Support Assistants provide administrative and logistical support to clients who use Endicott College facilities for their conference programs and social events.
Misselwood Events at Endicott College coordinates a full range of campus services that includes meeting space and special event venue use, dining, on-campus lodging, parking and much more. Our largest volume of external guests occurs Memorial Day through August. During the summer months we host adult/youth conferences, athletic camps, weddings, corporate social events, day meetings, concerts and the Misselwood Concours d’Elegance.
Misselwood Summer Support Assistants will have the opportunity to work with the various campus partners to ensure seamless operation of the event program and event.

Job Description:
Provide hands-on assistance with preparation, implementation and breakdown of events and programs on campus.
Prepare for the arrival of groups to campus; to include linen needs, checking meeting rooms
Conduct group check-in and check-outs
Act as host to clients for weddings, social events, event series, day meetings and overnight programs
Serve as parking attendant for events held at Misselwood
Requirements:
Able to work nights and weekends.
Work the Misselwood Concours d'Elegance car show the weekend of July 17 – 20, 2025.
Available to work the annual wedding open house event on Wednesday, August 6, 2025.
Ability to lift 50 pounds; physical stamina and light to heavy lifting required for various tasks.
Capable of following directions and being able to work a varied schedule in a team environment.
Candidates must be detail oriented, professional, with strong communication skills, and successfully work independently.
Ability to represent Misselwood Events and The College in a professional demeanor.
Must demonstrate great customer service skills, with ability to anticipate customers’ needs.
Have a clear understanding of guest service and appropriate attire when interacting with guests. As well as appropriate work attire for day-to-day tasks.
Must have a valid US driver’s license
Preferred previous event/hospitality experience
Preferred candidates demonstrate a passion for hospitality, to include weddings, social events and conferences.
