Job Summary/Basic Functions
The Central Stores Supervisor supervises, directs, and coordinates all activities of central stores Collaborates with the various University departments and units, ensuring appropriate disposal of University surplus. The Supervisor maintains computerized financial reports and store operations records and manages work planning and scheduling of work for other employees to ensure proper distribution of assignments and adequate staffing, space, and facilities for performance of all job duties and tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree required.
Experience: One year of warehouse management or related work experience is required.

Job Duties:
- 35% - Supervises, directs, and coordinates all activities of University central stores. - ()
- 20% - Maintains computerized records, manages pricing of supplies, and manages distribution of orders and material transfers. Performs purchasing and buying duties of stock merchandise to be held in inventory for sale/distribution to University departments. - ()
- 30% - Establishes, coordinates, and maintains proper procedures for receiving, inspecting, and delivery of stock merchandise/materials. - ()
- 20% - Collaborates with the various University departments and units, ensuring appropriate disposal of University surplus property items. Performs related duties as required. - ()
- 5% - Supports the office functions by completing all other duties and special projects as assigned. - ()
