Job Summary/Basic Functions
The Executive Director, Applications & Infrastructure, will play a central role in shaping and supervising the technological landscape of the organization during a pivotal period of growth and transformation. This key leadership position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in executive leadership, strategic planning, and specialized expertise in managing university Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, integrated applications, and infrastructure.
The successful candidate will ensure that technology solutions—particularly those related to CRM and ERP systems—are strategically aligned with the institution's goals and priorities. They will lead efforts to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation across the technology ecosystem. A strong emphasis will be placed on fostering cross-departmental collaboration to deliver integrated, user-centered solutions that support institutional effectiveness. The Executive Director will oversee the management, optimization, and continuous improvement of ERP, CRM, and related applications, all within a broader vision for advancing data-informed decision-making and long-term strategic outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required, Master’s preferred.
Experience: Five years of related work experience is required

- 40% - Strategic Leadership & Innovation Lead the development and execution of a forward-thinking technology roadmap aligned with institutional goals. Champion innovation in application and infrastructure services to improve the institutional effectiveness. Provide executive-level insight into enterprise systems strategy and planning, including emerging technologies and digital transformation initiatives. - (Essential)
- 35% - Systems Oversight & Optimization Direct the management, maintenance, and optimization of ERP, CRM, and integrated applications. Oversee infrastructure services to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability. Collaborate with key stakeholders to evaluate and improve system functionality, user experience, and business processes. - (Essential)
- 25% - Cross-Departmental Collaboration & Operational Integration Build strong partnerships with academic and administrative units to ensure system solutions meet end-user needs. Facilitate communication across departments to align application and infrastructure services with institutional workflows.
