THÈME / THEME: Approche du mouvement, l'alignement, la motricité et le renforcement du corps pour la scène./Approach to movement, alignment, motor skills and body strengthening for the stage.
DESCRIPTION: Affinement et perfectionnement de la coordination, l'agilité, la motricité, la force, l'énergie et la souplesse des acteurs par le yoga, la respiration et les bases de l'acrobatie./Refinement of coordination, agility, motor skills, strength, energy and flexibility through yoga, breathing and acrobatic basics.

Requirements:
1. Five years of experience in daily body and voice training with actors or dancers to prepare them for rehearsal. 2. Five years of recent and significant professional experience as a director, theatre or performance artist in productions require a high level of physical or vocal mastery related to the theme of the course.
1. Cinq ans d’expérience dans l’entraînement corporel et vocal quotidien auprès d’acteurs ou danseurs afin de les préparer à entamer le travail de répétition. 2. Cinq ans d'expérience professionnelle récente et significative en tant que metteur en scène, artiste de théâtre ou de performance au sein de productions exigent un haut niveau de maîtrise physique ou vocale en lien avec le thème du cours.
