Description des tâches
-Charges importantes en lien avec la formation des étudiants;
-Rédaction des procès-verbaux des rencontres du groupe de travail;
-Personnes contacts pour tous les membres étudiants;
-Faire la mise à jour de la base de données des membres étudiants incluant les courriels de relance et la création de sondages d'intérêts/besoins;
-S'occuper de rédiger les brouillons de courriels aux étudiants
-Aider à l'organisation des colloques de recherche étudiante et webinaires de formation.

Tasks:
-Important tasks related to student training
-Drafting minutes of working group meetings
-Contact persons for all student members
-Update the student member database, including follow-up e-mails and the creation of interest/need surveys,
-Compose draft emails to students
Help organize student research colloquia and training webinars.
