The Homeland Security Graduate Program at Endicott College is seeking adjunct faculty members who have worked in the field of Homeland Security and is interested in teaching the courses in the following areas:
- Foundation of Homeland Security (Tuesdays 6-9 pm)
- Cybersecurity and Cybercrime Investigation (Wednesday 6-9 pm)
- Emergency Management (Tuesdays 6-9 pm)
- Graduate Writing and Capstone (Wednesdays 6-9 pm)
The adjunct faculty members will be required to:
- MUST Teach in person on campus in Beverly, MA
- Be aware of and abide by Endicott's academic policies
- Use the course description and honor the learning outcomes of each course
- Use Canvas as the course's learning management system
- Meet deadlines for roster verification and submission of grades
- Communicate with the Associate Dean if and when issues arise
- Meet with students if they request assistance or need clarification for any course-related matter
- Provide samples of student work that may be used for assessment purposes
- Use their Endicott email address when communicating with students.
Qualifications: A minimum of a Master’s degree is required. Ph.D. preferred. College level teaching experience is strongly preferred.
