Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Head Coach Martlet Soccer, the technical specialist is expected to assist in the preparation of weekly responsibilities and deliver specific tasks focused on the development of the student-athlete, the team, and/or sport specific support systems.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist with day to day coaching
- Using game and practice footage, will select and analyze clips and present feedback to players individually.
- Prepare post game team feedback in preparation of next weeks training plan
- Attend meetings as required by the Head Coach.
- Contribute to training session content on a weekly basis.
- Assist with deliver training content during practices
Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities
- NCCP Level II or equivalent
- Prior coaching experience at an elite/competitive level (soccer)
Selected candidate are expected to successfully pass their background check.
