The Change Manager plays a key role in supporting CA’s transformation initiatives and mission to be an agile, change fit organization. This role focuses on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.
The Change Manager creates and implements change management strategies and plans that boost employee experience and engagement and minimize resistance. The role directly impacts the benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and achievement of results and outcomes for key projects across the organization.
The Impact You'll Have:
Support critical and complex projects as a Change Management lead, implement CA’s Transformation and Change Management frameworks to guide projects to success Craft change management strategies, adapting your approach to be responsive to timelines, organizational cadences, and stakeholder needs Develop change management implementation plans, defining key activities, milestones, roles & responsibilities. Own the design, development, delivery, and management of engaging communications, training, and engagement activities for critical projects Coordinate and deliver focus groups, change network, and/or awareness sessions to promote end user involvement and engagement For large projects, manage and facilitate Change Management workstream meetings, oversee project resources focused on change management activities. Where applicable, direct the work of a Change Management Specialist to drive the development of materials forward Identify and mitigate areas of risk such as stakeholder engagement, employee resistance, and compliance with planned timelines Serve as the “voice” of the project, presenting key change management and adoption information to executive-level stakeholders Collaborate with CAMP change management team on continual improvement of the change management framework and approach based on project learnings
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience working in a change management, communications, Learning & Development, and/or transformation capacity for large-scale projects Project management experience, including familiarity with project management tools High emotional intelligence and ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, including executive-level stakeholders, through complex changes. Ability to build strong relationships and collaborates effectively with teams Ability to guide, with support, executive-level decision-making, facilitating conversations, building consensus, and translating problem statements and business goals into clearly defined change narratives Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across written, verbal, and presentation formats to a variety of audiences from project team members to Executive leaders Ability to learn quickly and adjust to changing project goals, priorities, and constraints
