Job Summary/Basic Functions
The Sponsorship Coordinator reports directly to the Senior Associate Athletic Director of Sponsorships and Broadcasting and is responsible for all sponsor contract fulfillment, including management of in-kind trade inventory, gameday sponsor events, promotions and displays. Position will work closely with the marketing and communications departments on gameday activities and sponsor-related fulfillment. The position will also assist in sponsorship sales in conjunction with supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: Two years of experience working with corporate sponsorships

Job Duties:
- 35% - Assist Senior Associate Athletic Director will all fulfullment needs for signage, radio, print, digital, and events by serving as main point of contact for existing sponsors. - ()
- 20% - Manage and track all marketing inventory for EKU Athletics. - ()
- 20% - Actively involved in generating sponsorship sales and managing sponsor trade inventory, in conjunction with the Senior Associate Athletic Director - ()
- 10% - Create sponsorship proposals and year-in-review (Proof of Performance) documents for current and potential sponsors in conjunction with the Senior Associate Athletic Director. - ()
- 10% - Game day operations including oversight of Student Assistants, Graduate Assistants and Interns, game program distribution, client tickets and hospitality, in-game promotions and other sponsor-related activities - ()
- 5% - Complete other duties as assigned - ()
