Position SummaryThe Director of Admissions, Recruitment, and Marketing for the Master of Financial Engineering (MFE) program at UCLA Anderson is responsible for leading the program's admissions strategy, recruitment efforts, and marketing initiatives to attract and enroll a highly qualified and diverse applicant pool. This role requires a data-driven and strategic approach to increase visibility, enhance brand positioning, and optimize the admissions pipeline from prospect engagement to enrollment. The Director works independently as well as collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the MFE program meets its enrollment goals. Additionally, the Director will oversee all digital communications to prospects and new admits, manage branding and messaging across various platforms, and leverage new and evolving technologies to enhance marketing and outreach efforts.

Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in graduate admissions, marketing, recruitment, or related fields. (Required) Strong strategic thinking, data analysis, and project management skills. (Required)Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing and recruitment campaigns. (Required)Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills. (Required)Experience with CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and social media strategies. (Required)Ability to travel domestically and internationally and work occasional evenings and weekends as needed. (Required)
