Dr Mari T. Kaartinen's laboratory is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Research Assistant to support various research activities. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining laboratory operations, supporting experimental procedures, and analyzing complex data to advance our scientific projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day laboratory operations
- Order supplies
- Test and optimize protocols and laboratory equipment
- Perform statistical data analysis
- Conduct bioinformatics analyses
- Maintain mouse colony, breeding, and genotyping
Qualifications:
- Minimum MSc in Biological sciences or related fields
- Experience from academic research environments (wet lab and animal handling), mouse workshops completed.
