We invite qualified candidates to apply for our full-time position of Communications Faculty for Fall 2025.
Professional responsibilities include effective teaching, committee participation, and college service. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to excellence in teaching, student learning, assessment, and the use of technology in the delivery of instruction.
Teaching load is 15 credit hours for fall and spring semesters. Courses will include general education requirements, Oral Communication, Interpersonal Communication, Public Speaking, Small Group Communication and Argumentation and Debate, as well as other Speech Communication, Mass Communication or Journalism courses as needed.
Qualifications: A Master's or Ph.D. in Speech Communication, Communication, or Mass Communication is required.
Preferred candidates will have experience teaching at the college level, demonstrate the ability and embrace the use of technology in teaching, and maintain the highest possible standards in classroom instruction and assessment.
Minimum starting salaries:
Instructor $58,315, Assistant Professor $64,238, Associate Professor $70,620
