Position SummaryUnder the general supervision of the MRED Executive Director, the MRED Director of Student Services (STDT SVC ADVISOR 4) serves the student services needs of UCLA Luskin's MRED students (approximately 40 students). Key responsibilities include advising students on degree requirements, academic planning, and funding opportunities, managing admissions, enrollment, and financial aid processes to ensure efficiency and compliance and collaborating with faculty leadership on curriculum planning, course scheduling, and program development. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced student affairs professional to contribute to support the academic and professional growth of future real estate professionals. Work Schedule: The position follows a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote). Additional days and extended hours may be required during peak seasons. Benefits: This exempt position offers a base salary range of $94,900-$104,900 per year plus benefits available to full-time employees of UCLA. Knowledge of campus-specific computer application programs, such as UC Berkeley's SIS/Campus Solutions, Canvas, Oracle PeopleSoft, and other systems. (Preferred)
Knowledge of University Campus, College policies, regulations and procedures. Knowledge of University and departmental principles and procedures involved in risk assessment and evaluating risks as to likelihood and consequences. (Preferred)
Technologically savvy, basic visual communication skills (image editing, graphic design), and social media marketing experience a plus. (Preferred)
