Qualifications
Consistent with its goal of achieving business school accreditation, Edwards will recruit those individuals with initial academic preparation (including a graduate degree), professional experience and ongoing professional engagement deemed sufficiently strong for granting the candidate Instructional Practitioner status. Professional experience must be current and substantial in terms of duration and level of responsibility, and clearly linked to the field in which the candidate is expected to teach. Professional engagement activities must be substantive and sustained at levels that support currency and relevance for Edwards' mission.
Appointment periods for the session include additional days in recognition of preparation and marking time required.
