Compensation Range:
$17.51 - $26.69
Position Summary:
Hiring Salary Range: $17.51 to $19.26 depending on qualifications.
Provides specialized clerical support to the assigned department to enable effective office operations.
Job Duties:
- Process HCC admissions applications.
- Florida residency review for tuition purposes (DMV DAVID system).
- Review and enter incoming transcripts.
- Customer services response to emails and or phone calls.
- Various data entry projects
- Collaborate with other departments/campus for problem resolution.
- Assist with preparation of annual commencement ceremony.
- Performs other similar and related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED and one-year of prior-related work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Good oral and written communication skills, computer proficiency in Microsoft suite software and Ellucian Datatel Colleague knowledge a plus
