Professor Bernhardt's lab is looking to hire two motivated Research Assistant .
Main responsibilities include;
Patient Coordination
1. participant recruitment, scheduling, and handling
2. Communicate preparation instructions and follow-up details to patients.
3. Provide backup support during patient imaging sessions when required.
4. Maintain patient records and ensure all documentation is complete.
Administrative Support:
1. coordination of and assisting in diverse data acquisitions (MRI, EEG, cognitive testing, specimen collection)
2. data transfer, quality control, open science activities.
3. coordinating REB/IRB applications to consolidate ongoing and planned research activities
4. There is the possibility to participate in research activities in the form of data analysis, scientific writing, and conference participation.
Team Collaboration:
1. Work closely with lab members, technicians, clinical department
2. Coordinate handovers and updates with team members.
Operational Management:
1. Ensure lab compliance with administrative protocols.
2. Troubleshoot scheduling or communication issues as they arise.

Knowledge of French and English:McGill University is an English-language university where day to day duties may require English communication both verbally and in writing. The level of English required for this position has been assessed at a level 4 on a scale of 0-4.
