Ivy Tech Evansville seeks a Student Affairs Assistant to provide administrative support to the Admissions and Registrar's Offices as part of the student enrollment and records functions.
Major Responsibilities:
- Act as primary greeter and direct members of the general public to various on-campus locations as needed.
- Act as main contact for the Admissions phone line and backup for the main college phone line, responding to calls and voicemail as needed.
- Respond to in-person and email inquiries from students, parents, and the general public and provide general admissions information as needed.
- Input and maintain admissions and student records data including, but not limited to, applications for admissions, registration information, inquiry data, Parchment, imaging, etc.
- Maintain the enrollment tracking of prospective students using the Ivy Connect and Banner systems.
- Schedule appointments for various members of the admission team, including campus tour and one-on-one student meetings.
- Support event planning and organization for various admission and enrollment activities.
- Initiate "course substitution" for ACT/SAT/high school GPA scores that arrive either on a high school transcript or independently.
- Backup for processing Knowledge Assessment scores and waivers in student record system as needed.
- Maintain Admissions/Recruitment budgets through Workday.
- Maintain Admissions/Recruitment purchases through Workday.
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience required;
- Proficiency in Windows environment with data entry required;
