Position SummaryUCLA Bioinformatics IDP is seeking an experienced Sudent Services Advisor to guide students through the 5-year PhD program.

QualificationsUniversity Systems Experience with admissions and funding systems used by UC (Preferred)
Office systems Experience using MS Office (Required)
Website/online Experience with Wordpress, Google suite (Preferred)
Student affairs Counseling and advising students in an academic environment (Preferred)
Strong interpersonal skills sufficient to establish and maintain productive, cooperative and effective working relationships with colleagues (Required)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills sufficient to interpret and convey complex information relating to the duties of the position. (Required)
Ability to notice and respond to details (Required)
Ability to organize and prioritize large amounts of information (Required)
Education, Licenses, Certifications & Personal AffiliationsBachelor's Degree In related area and / or equivalent experience / training (Required)
