Campus & LocationCocoaPosition DescriptionEastern Florida State College is currently seeking applications for the part-time position of Dental Hygienist – Adjunct on the Cocoa Campus in Cocoa, Florida. The Dental Assisting and Dental Hygiene programs are actively hiring Dental Hygienists to teach in either clinical, laboratory or didactic courses.

Salary & BenefitPosition ConceptMinimum QualificationsThe minimum qualifications for this position include:

Bachelor’s degree in Dental Assisting, Dental Hygiene, or other related field from a regionally accredited institution.
Current Florida Dental Hygiene license.
Current Local Anesthesia certification.
Current Basic Life Support Provider (CPR/AED) certification.
Two years of previous Dental Hygiene or Dental Assisting teaching or work experience required.
Valid Florida Motor Vehicle Operator’s license required.
This position will require successful fingerprinting and drug screening. The candidate chosen will be required to pay the associated fees (currently $36.00/$65.15).The fingerprinting and drug screening fees ($36.00/$65.15) are non-refundable.
