Réflexions sur les stratégies d'intervention décolonisatrices, développement de la réflexivité et de la sécurisation culturelle, évaluation des pratiques d’intervention existantes pour mieux les adapter aux besoins des Nations autochtones.

Requirements:
Maîtrise ou doctorat en travail social ou dans une discipline connexe. Expérience d’enseignement universitaire au 2e cycle, un atout. Excellente connaissance des politiques et processus d’intervention touchant les communautés autochtones. Excellente connaissance des réalités des communautés autochtones, des stratégies d’interventions décolonisatrices, des méthodes de sécurisation culturelle et de l’évaluation des pratiques d’intervention en contexte autochtone.
