The Haskayne School of Business is accepting applications for a Sessional Instructor to teach Fall 2025 OBHR 621 LEC 01 (Advanced Leadership) on Tuesdays from 18:30-21:15. Classes in the Fall 2025 semester run from September 2 to December 5, 2025. Registrar Scheduled Exams will take place between December 9 to December 19, 2025, if applicable.

The calendar description of the course:
"Examines leadership theories relevant to advanced leadership (e.g., ethical leadership, humble leadership, charismatic leadership). Delves into concepts that leaders must consider when making decisions and implementing strategy (e.g., power, influence, change-management)."
Qualifications
- PhD in the field (organizational psychology, organizational behaviour) is required.
- Applicant is required to be active and experienced in the leadership development space.
- Previous experience teaching graduate level courses in the field is essential.
