This role offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of engagement activities that span research, industry, and government stakeholders, from national forums to international delegations, strategic partnerships to ecosystem storytelling.
As part of a small, collaborative team, you’ll deliver events, digital content, and outreach activities that amplify S3B’s work and foster a strong, connected community. If you're a confident communicator with strong coordination skills and a passion for tech-driven innovation, this is your chance to make a visible impact.
What You’ll Do
Plan, deliver, and evaluate events and workshops that engage stakeholders across industry, academia, and government
Create and manage compelling communications, including EDMs, social media, and website updates, that reflect S3B’s voice and purpose
Coordinate logistics and content for engagement activities, delegations, and conferences
Build relationships with internal and external partners to ensure high-quality delivery and a strong stakeholder experience
Contribute to continuous improvement, reporting, and ecosystem insight-gathering
About You
You’re a natural organiser, an excellent communicator, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. You bring professional experience in event coordination and digital communication, a strong eye for detail, and the confidence to manage multiple priorities. You’re energised by working with motivated, collaborative people and excited by the chance to contribute to a nationally significant mission.
