- Salary Package: From $96,273 per annum (HEW Level 6) plus 17% superannuation + annual leave loading
- Appointment Type: Full-time, 1 year fixed-term contract
- Location: Wallumattagal Campus, North Ryde
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Administration Officer to support and deliver operational and administrative services in the Faculty of Arts.
Reporting to the SchoolOperations Manager, the Administration Officer is responsible for providing critical support for the operational implementation of programs and services and day to day organisational and operational administration.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly driven, dynamic and agile Administration Officer to further their career within a collaborative, diverse and rewarding work environment.
Coordinate and manage administration across the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, leave and termination in accordance with applicable policies, procedures and systems.
To succeed in this position, the right candidate will be passionate about delivering administrative excellence and take pride in their innovative and collaborative approach to operational delivery. With a strong business and organisational acumen, you will have a proven track record of strong relationship management skills, embracing and fostering change and working in a high-performing and fast paced environment.
Experience and knowledge of the Education sector (preferably Higher Education) would be a distinct advantage.
