We are searching for aseasonedBenefits Realisation Manager, passionate about digital transformation, who’ll play a pivotal role in driving the design and tracking of business case financial and non-financial benefits, for a large digital transformation program; and will transition realisation to a sustainable governance model, for business leaders to be accountable for the operational management.
We are seeking anexperienced professional to analyse, design and develop the benefits realisation governance, plans, dashboards and reports to valuate effective communications in our Student Lifecycle (CRM) Program. You’llbe key to equipping our leaders to demonstrate the enhancement of student and corporate partner experience and service delivery through the successful implementation of an advanced student CRM (Salesforce).
By doing so, you’ll contribute to the fulfillment of Macquarie University’s vision for comprehensive student and partner engagement and service delivery. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to our university's digital transformation journey.
The Student CRM Program is delivering acutting-edge student CRM (Salesforce) to achieve holistic student engagement and service delivery, enabling the University to:
You will report directly to the S360 Change Lead, engaging with, and supporting our staff community from senior leaders to individual team members. You’ll be part of a multi-disciplineproject team all working to ensure we deliver tangible value to our staff, students and corporate partners.
You’ll be a self-starting individual with excellent work organisation and time management skills and ability to remain resilient when under pressure. You will have expertise inbenefits realisation planning, design and governance, able to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
You will enjoy working in a dynamic environment, applying a methodical and consultative approach in your work, and be motivated to deliver work outputs that are of a consistent high quality.
